As Dina chats to Rebecca Fletcher, The Yard team will be serving a delicious supper cooked from Bahari, Dina's debut cookbook, which won the prestigious Jane Grigson Trust Award for New Food and Drink Writers 2023 and is the first Omani cookbook written by an Omani person.
